Cold Press Labs
A small software shop

What is it?
Cold Press Labs is my small software shop in Apalachicola, FL. I build websites for local businesses around the Forgotten Coast and a handful of my own SaaS products.
Why did you start it?
After a decade of building other people’s products, I wanted a place to build my own, and to do right by the small businesses around me who usually get stuck with a template and a monthly bill. Everything I ship runs on the same boring, reliable stack: Hono and HTMX, server-rendered on AWS Lambda, with Aurora DSQL underneath. No build pipelines to babysit, no servers to patch.
