What is it?

SwiftyNote is an AI-powered medical scribe. It turns a patient visit into a structured clinical note, with templates and workflows the clinician can customize to match how they actually practice.

What was your role?

I’m the principal software engineer. The app is React on the front, Node.js on the back, and OpenAI models doing the heavy lifting in the middle. Most of the real work is in the prompting and the guardrails, since a note that sounds right but isn’t is worse than no note at all.
